في RAIZ، نحن نحترم خصوصيتك وملتزمون بحماية بياناتك الشخصية.
نجمع فقط المعلومات الضرورية لإكمال طلبك، مثل الاسم ورقم الهاتف وعنوان الشحن وطريقة الدفع.
لا نشارك بياناتك مع أطراف ثالثة خارج نطاق معالجة الطلبات وأغراض الشحن.
نستخدم بروتوكولات آمنة للحفاظ على سلامة بياناتك أثناء التصفح والدفع.
الشروط والأحكام
- 1. الطلبات: بمجرد إتمام الطلب، ستتلقى تأكيداً عبر البريد الإلكتروني أو الرسائل القصيرة.
- 2. الدفع: نقبل الدفع عبر الإنترنت، التحويلات البنكية، وخطط التقسيط المتاحة.
- 3. الشحن: يتم شحن الطلبات خلال 1-3 أيام عمل داخل المملكة العربية السعودية.
- 4. الاستبدال والاسترجاع: يمكن إرجاع المنتجات خلال 10 أيام إذا كانت غير مستخدمة وفي حالتها الأصلية.
- 5. المسؤولية: RAIZ غير مسؤولة عن التأخير الناتج عن شركات الشحن أو معلومات العميل الخاطئة.
- 6. الضمان: جميع منتجاتنا مغطاة ضد عيوب التصنيع لمدة 6 أشهر.

Store Policy
Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation by email or SMS.
We accept online payments, bank transfers, and installment plans where available.
Orders are shipped within 1–3 business days within Saudi Arabia.
Products may be returned within 10 days if unused and in original condition.
RAIZ is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers or incorrect customer information.
All our products are covered against manufacturing defects for 6 months.
