Return Policy – RAIZ

Return Conditions

• Requests for return must be submitted within 10 days of receiving the product.
• The product must be unused and in its original condition with all accessories and original packaging.
• Products showing signs of use or damage cannot be returned.
• Items purchased during sales or special discounts are not eligible for return unless defective.

Refunds

• Refunds are processed within 3 business days after receiving and inspecting the product.
• The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at purchase.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Shipping Costs

• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the error is on our part.
• If there is a manufacturing defect or an error in the order, we will provide a free return shipping label.

• Once your return request is approved, you will receive return instructions.
• Upon receiving and inspecting the product, we will proceed with the refund process.

• We recommend keeping the shipping proof until the return is confirmed.
• RAIZ reserves the right to refuse any return request that does not meet the conditions above.
