سياسة الاسترجاع – RAIZ
شروط الإرجاع
- يجب تقديم طلب الإرجاع خلال 10 أيام من تاريخ استلام المنتج.
- يجب أن يكون المنتج غير مستخدم وفي حالته الأصلية مع جميع الملحقات والتغليف الأصلي.
- لا يمكن استرجاع المنتجات التي تظهر عليها علامات استخدام أو تلف.
- المنتجات التي تم شراؤها ضمن العروض والتخفيضات الخاصة لا تشملها سياسة الإرجاع إلا في حال وجود عيب مصنعي.
المبالغ المستردة
- يتم استرداد المبلغ بعد استلام المنتج وفحصه خلال 3 أيام عمل.
- سيتم إرجاع المبلغ إلى نفس وسيلة الدفع المستخدمة عند الشراء.
- رسوم الشحن غير قابلة للاسترداد إلا في حال وجود خطأ من قبلنا في الطلب أو المنتج.
تكاليف الشحن
- يتحمل العميل تكاليف شحن الإرجاع ما لم يكن الخطأ من قبلنا.
- في حال وجود عيب مصنعي أو خطأ في الطلب سنوفر ملصق شحن مجاني.
خطوات الإرجاع
- التواصل معنا عبر البريد الإلكتروني: raizslamh@gmail.com مع ذكر رقم الطلب وصور للمنتج إن لزم.
- بعد الموافقة على طلب الإرجاع سيتم تزويدك بتعليمات الإرجاع.
- بمجرد استلامنا للمنتج وفحصه سيتم تنفيذ عملية الاسترداد.
ملاحظات مهمة
- نوصي بالاحتفاظ بإثبات الشحن حتى يتم تأكيد استلام المنتج.
- تحتفظ RAIZ بالحق في رفض أي طلب استرجاع لا يستوفي الشروط الموضحة أعلاه.
Return Policy – RAIZ
Return Conditions
- Requests for return must be submitted within 10 days of receiving the product.
- The product must be unused and in its original condition with all accessories and original packaging.
- Products showing signs of use or damage cannot be returned.
- Items purchased during sales or special discounts are not eligible for return unless defective.
Refunds
- Refunds are processed within 3 business days after receiving and inspecting the product.
- The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at purchase.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Shipping Costs
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the error is on our part.
- If there is a manufacturing defect or an error in the order, we will provide a free return shipping label.
Return Steps
- Contact us at: raizslamh@gmail.com with your order number and product photos if necessary.
- Once your return request is approved, you will receive return instructions.
- Upon receiving and inspecting the product, we will proceed with the refund process.
Important Notes
- We recommend keeping the shipping proof until the return is confirmed.
- RAIZ reserves the right to refuse any return request that does not meet the conditions above.
